I've gotten some great help from the staff here and found some great clothes on clearance, but the prices are a ridiculous rollercoaster of shifting high markups. I don't buy anything at Kohls that isn't sale or clearance.
Went to the Plainfield Kohls around 8 pm tonight to do a return. I walked by 3 employees to get to customer service and all 3 failed to greet or/and acknowledge my presence. Note: I was probably the only customer in store. The customer service employee was Very rude trying to explain the store policies and was pointing her finger at me like I did something wrong. People like that do not belong behind a customer service desk. I also noticed that both employees did not have a name tag. A word of advise - CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE GREETED, HELPED AND THANKED FOR SHOPPING AT KOHLS. If you want customers to come back at the Plainfield location the choice is yours!

Went to just exchange 2 baby outfits, what should've been a 10 min trip ended up being 45 minutes. There were 3 women on the floor behind the registers 1 in the Mens department 2 on the other side. But 3 women just chatting it up in the jewelry department. First my husband went to ask them if they could call someone else or if they could ring us up there. They said no they couldn't ring us up & that they would call someone. 20 min later no one there & the women still chatting it up. Someone in the line behind us went to the jewelry department & got rung up. Interesting how that works. You need people there that are actually going to work rather than just sit around. Also isn't fair to your other employee taking on a bunch of costumers all by herself. Terrible that you would treat an employee that way.
