I went in to speak to a lady about a vacation for my family and I. Although she was quite pleasant and informative, she took my information and said she was going to give me a call. Well... she never did. I guess shame on her because not only did I book the exact trip I talked to her about (which ended up being almost $15,000) for this Dec... But I'm getting married out of state next year (Destination wedding booked with someone else (who actually calls back) and we're planning a 3 week honeymoon. Hopefully to Africa or Hawaii)
Worked with both Ingrid and Pat for a European trip. We needed everything from flights, car rentals and places to stay.... and needed a little flexibility while teaveling. We also needed a place to leave a couple large suitcases in Geneva for a whole week. Ingrid researched places, contacted several businesses to confirm they had the storage we needed, and found the perfect, safe location.
While on our trip we had a couple of changes to be made and Ingrid did an awsome job helping us.... especially when we would only have contact using wifi hotspots. Having the time difference would make working with any other travel agency problematic, but Ingrid helped make our trip a Memory of a Lifetime!
The reason I even went to this place in the first place is because I wanted to support local business. But I am truly disappointed with the customer service. And I hope this lady realizes what she missed out on by not even following through.
